Okay, im not really sure how to fix this together, their quite fragmented. But anyway, im trying to remember what I dreamt which is actually really really long. Okay, I shall shut up and remember.

SCHOOL SCENE-IN THE GALLERY

I was thinking that what if I like, hardly came to school and just talked to people at appropriate timings, I would be popular.

Sam and Alex drawing and painting random stuff for Girl Guides

I drew a world with random people flailing around (pic-in-progress)

Someone, perhaps Audrey, was holding the art book with Sam/Alex’s drawings and was flipping through them

I was also sitting down, looking at them while Audrey flipped.

Sam and Alex was painting their drawings with their back faced to me

Audrey (?) paused at my drawing and I stared at it and Sam turned around. Someone said something about it being mine. I thought it was very ugly but didn’t say anything. (Pic in Progress)

SCHOOL SCENE-IN ROOM WHATEVER

I come in, and the rest of the class is inside.

Denise, Jessica and Vietnamese scholars are at the board with random words that indicate names and checking with everyone whether this person (I don’t know who it is, but I think it reminded me of Mr Schuester because it was a male teacher who often didn’t listen and obey rules) had gone to his random places to do community shiz.

So the names on the board indicated the different places of community and they were asking “did he go? Did you sign?” (On the board) if he did go and attend and do random community crap.

Anyways, on the other side of the room was the rest of the class and I was standing in front.

Then I saw Nikki and perhaps Natalie.

Nikki stood up and there was SMILE EXCHANGE and then I realized I had to go to the back.

More people filed in and I tried to settle down and I can’t really remember this part, except I ended up at the back of the room with my back facing the board.

Some person was talking to me and somehow my bag’s contents were on the table (I think there was a lot of yellow and orange and other random colours except the real one I am possessing now) with the help of the person and me. But I still question why it had to come out.

Anyway, someone important, possibly a teacher, entered and I started to assemble my bag’s contents back.

I remember taking a really long time while everyone else sat down. But luckily, no one was staring or, I just knew they were staring and I was successfully ignoring them.

Finally, I managed to get some shiz into my bag without the help of the person because she was paying attention and looking in front.

Come to think of it, perhaps everyone was too, so I guess they didn’t stare at my strange behaviour that was disrupting peace.

Then I turned around and remember thinking that I didn’t see Claire at all and was trying to look for her while I found a seat.

Oh, and Sarah was looking at me again to see where we were supposed to sit and once again, the sequence of how-to-find-our-assigned-seats

1. Give each other confused glances whilst everyone else settles comfortably

1. Look around to see whether we see anyone familiar that we should be sitting near and basically give us a clue as to where we should sit.

3. Receive obliviousness

4. Gauge where we’re supposed to sit due to the remaining empty seats

5. Obligingly sit down in time to avoid any glaring disputes

But somehow, the teacher came in and she possessed the sort of Ms Tan character but I decided to sit down quickly before I came to any person-conclusion.

Anyways, somehow I ended up going to the front cos all the seats were taken and making a huge U-turn to the wall-side where Kym was sitting and Ms Tan-twin was talking to her cos I think she asked a question.

Kym was sitting alone with two other tables that was weird cos everyone else sat in single line.

So I joined her, with a table in between to avoid any suspicion of cheating due to the exam requirements.

I smiled at her and received acknowledgement while she talked to Ms Tan Twin.

Rest of the class remains silent like the terracotta-China-warriors and staring straight ahead, waiting quietly FOR THEIR DOOM! Kidding, they just shut up.

Mmmmm, then somehow Ms Tan Twin was looking at me and somehow Kym was moving towards me and she was sitting at the table connected next to me, with the OAS paper in her hand. (Pic in Progress)

Ms Tan Twin talked about something and cos I was sitting down, I had clearer thinking and mused in my head about how alike she was to Ms Tan cos she was talking about something-Ms-Tan-always-ranted-about like, her children or little life lessons.

Then, something about inspiration and a burst of colours permeated the entire classroom and it vanished, due to lack of ability to succumb magic (HAR! SCHOOL COULDN’T SURVIVE MAGIC. ITS LIKE A PRISON) oh right, also the prison reference as the classroom was its usual black, grey and EW colours and contrasted with the bright colours of wait for it… A RAINBOW BUS

That’s right, a rainbow bus, but it wasn’t really colour coordinated like a rainbow, its just more like random squiggles of pink and red and orange and yellow that I KNEW people deemed it the Rainbow Bus. (Pic in Progress)

Oh, and also the bus because Ms Tan was talking about going-to-places I think and expedition/adventure/discovery-related.

FAMILY DINNER SCENE WITH MIC

I think we had a family dinner before and as usual *GROANS OF PAIN AND HORROR AND SUFFERING AND TORTURE AND FISH! OF WHICH SUBSEQUENTLY EVERYONE DIES A LITTLE INSIDE BUT THAT DOESN’T MEAN IT WASN’T A SLOW AND EXCRUCIATINGLY PAINFUL PROCESS*

Btw, if you didn’t know already, I HATE FISH. EATING A FISH IS THE EQUIVALENT OF JAPANESE SAMURAIS KAMAKAZEEYING (sp?)

YOU AND TORTURING YOU WITH GAS MASKS AND NEEDLES ON THE UNDERSIDE OF YOUR NAILS AND FILLING YOUR STOMACH WITH ACID AND THEN BEATING YOUR BLOATEDNESS WITH A PITCHFORK, WAIT, SATAN’S KNIFE-SLASHER-THINGIE, AND THEN BEING TICKLED ON THE FEET WITH MILLIPEDES AND ANTS AND INSECTS OF ALL AGES AND SIZES WEARING METAL BOOTS WITH SPIKES UNDERNEATH THEM AND YOUR HANDS AND ARMS BEING S T R E T C H E D ON BOTH SIDES SO YOU CAN FEEL YOUR SKIN S T R E T C H I N G THAT IT THINS UP AND YOU FEEL THEM FA LL IN G AP AR T AND YOUR EYES WILL BE FED TO ZOMBIE DOGS THAT THE JAPANESE BREEDED AND DAMN, I RAN OUT OF IMAGINATION DUE TO DISTRACTION OF YOUTUBE VIDEOS AND THE STARTING UP OF TUMBLR. (Pic about eating fish in Progress) Oh yeah, and no offense to Japanese, you’re actually really really cool but im reading Wild Swan: Three Daughters of China and being traumatized by the way they tortured people. Its sickening to the core. But its okay, Tokyo DisneySea totally made up for it :D and the French-Jap pastries, and hot springs, and Niseko Snow, and instant ramen, and pocky. Okay, BASICALLY, to me, you have paid your dues and thanks for the creative ways of torture. Now I know what to do with hunters and uh, bad people.

Okay, anyway, there was a second dinner cos I remember the family was walking away and we were complaining about it.

Then the next thing I knew, we were in a new closed shopping mall to eat dinner.

Either me and Mic managed to escape and or we were assigned to look for the restaurant.

We were looking at the mall’s list of shops and restaurants on a large wall and something about the time that they don’t open until 11pm. Or they closed at 11pm. Whatevs, I just remember closed shopping malls are really creepy cos they don’t turn on any lights except perhaps the glow of the lift area. (Pic in Progress)

Oh, then suddenly we were walking along a line of open shops and the entire place was lit up.

There was one selling knick-knacks and but my sister said I could find them in Hong Kong anyway but they were really cute and possibly involved food and key chains.

Then we ended up in a warm restaurant by ourselves and the walls were dark chocolate brown and the tables were wood and I was walking to my already-sitting sister.

Oh, and I think on the table was a bowl of ramen noodles or a menu showing a picture of it and I sat down. Meh, The End. (Pic in Progress)

Oh yeah, that also means we totally did not feel guilty at all for abandoning the family and enjoying our noodles. Mmmm nomdles :D

LITTLE PONY AND FIELD SCENE

OH THIS IS THE FUN PART! Okay, somehow the family ventured to a Chinese garden-like place where we were walking underneath the... damn, ill just draw it. (Pic in Progress)

My mom was slowly walking behind while my dad and grandfather and few other people, perhaps their servants or whatnot, were in front, leading the way.

Oh yeah, the garden has grass. Green grass=possible farm. Just to let you know.

Then before that, I saw lots of sheep and cute animals on the grass/farm and I was playing with them as a usual typical child of oblivion and naivety would act.

So we came to a part of the building and there was a board and a random man sitting down and holding THE MOST ADORABLE PONY EVER! IT WAS A SILKY SILVERY WHITE THAT SEEMED TO SHIMMER GLORY AND BEAUTY AND PURE EPICNESS AROUND IT. OH RIGHT, IT PRACTICALLY GLOWED. AND ITS MANE WAS A DARLING RAINBOW COLOURS THAT WEAVED INVITINGLY (HAHAHA OMG HOW DO I COME UP WITH THESE THINGS?oh right, its 2:11 in the morning) AND SO WAS ITS TAIL THAT WASN’T LIKE, FRIZZY OR FRAYING OR ANYTHING LIKE A THORNY BUSH, BUT THE MOST GORGOEOUS, SOFTEST LOOKING FEATHERY-LIKE TAIL THAT YOU JUST HAD THE URGE TO STROKE. OH YEAH, AND IT WAS ALSO RAINBOW COLOURED. AND ULTIMATELY AWESOME COS IT WAS LYING AND LOOKING SO INNOCENTLY ADORABLE ON THE MANS’ LAP. (Pic in Progress)

The man, seeing my grandfather and father, immediately stiffened/straightened up and greeted them.

Someone asked about the cards on the board that had words and pictures made with glitter.(me: *inching very closely towards the pony *)

The man explained how people sent cards on how the pony should be treated and so far, they told him to treat it badly. (me: *very very close to the pony, like, a breath’s inch away*)

Upon hearing he treated her badly, I gave a look of protest/disgust/sympathy and knowing my grandfather and father would not say anything to support me, I TOOK THE PONY! And walked away. Because although my grandfather and father did not help, they wouldn’t stop me J !~@#$%^&*()_+=-09876544321`qwertyuiop[]\';lkjhgfdsazxcvbnm,./?>

So I walked out into the garden/field. You know what? Im just gonna stick to calling it garden cos it sounds a lot more romantic. Field is for mud. And buff people with stinky selves. DO YOU EVER READ A STORY ABOUT THE SECRET FIELD? NOOO, IT’S THE SECRET GARDEN. Nuff said.

Anyway, its more of a garden cos there were pathways and benches and people were playing further off and there were pretty trees.

OH WAIT, I FORGOT TO MENTION THAT WHILE I WAS HOLDING THE ADORABLE PONY, LETS CALL HER MYSTIC, IT WAS THE SOFTEST FUR EVER LIKE, A THOUSAND FEATHERS JUST LANDED ON YOUR SKIN AT THE MOST APPROPRIATE BITS AND YOU JUST FELT LIKE SINKING AND SOAKING IN IT UNTIL YOU SLEPT A WONDERFUL DREAM, OH WAIT, NO, SCRATCH THAT, IM NOT DOING AN INCEPTION-REFERENCE. YET. (KAI AND FAITH, IF YOU’RE READING THIS, TEE HEE!) YEAH, AND ITS TAIL AND MANE KEPT ON TWIRLING AND FLUFFING AROUND. I started walking towards a nearby bench and sit and enjoy her softness, BUT THEN! WHO COMES TOWARDS ME BEARING ANNOYANCE AND IRRITATION TO MY PEACEFUL PRESENCE?

V AND C WERE TORGING (btw, this just came to my mind randomly cos now its 2:41am and I think it was a mix of Charging+Towards=Torging) TOWARDS ME WHILST CHASING PIDGEONS UNTIL THEY FLY AND HAD ANNOYING MISCHIEVOUS LOOKS ON THEIR FACES.

So I glared annoyingly back at them due to interrupting my aura of tranquility and harmony and just continued petting my darling Mystic. (Pic in Progress)

I said I was taking care of this pony and the smirk of justice and victory by giving a honourable impression of being a caring saviour (btw, I have an excuse for writing that kind of shiz that even I don’t understand cos its 2:47am).

Hello! I seriously don't care about you, I just want to write whatever I want to on the internet and make it look pretty. So, i'm not going to apologize for being late and not updating etc. Anyway, i'll be keeping the blog quite alive since exams are over and I will be given the freedom of boredom. (Although they still have to give back the rest of our exam papers plus crying, enrichment activities and we even have lessons! About next year! OMG! So excited! With a project and tests too! Ahhhh! If you can, try to detect the sarcasm.) Oh yeah, stupid MAC and its undownloadable games, and its exe that cannot be played but must be dmg or whatever, so I cannot play the new(although probably not new anymore..) cooking dash: dinertown studios and Avenue Flo :( So sad...

Went out with Victoria and Amanda to shop and watch Julie and Julia the movie today. I didn't buy anything except for food because my fashion standard is too high for you pathetic Singaporeans :) Stopped by Juicy Couture who actually stocks Bird (the new line for the urban chic people) that I thought because Singapore is such a tiny pathetic country, wouldn't have, but they did, so, surprised. Went to Kino after that where Vic bought two magazines with my 10% discount membership card and her $10 voucher even though in the end it only cost $9.63 and they should actually owe her a forty cent voucher!

Walked to Wisma (which has Haagen Dazs now!) to meet Amanda and window-sidetracking at Marc Jacobs, Christian Louboutin etc. Lady asked us whether we could do a survey about some advertising thing but I was on the phone and Vic rejected her. So I went back to be nice and we did like 7/8 of the survey before she asked us what was our age and found out we had to be 15 to enter or whatever... Anyway, met Amanda and went to Forever 21. (who's website is really boring and all the stuff is practically the same)Tried out the dress that looked like the black and white LaRok one Krysten Ritter wore at ELLE Magazine’s 15th Annual “Women in Hollywood” Tribute as seen here:

but it was a large and the white part was loose and low although it was $33 so I think i'll go back to the Forever 21 at ION or something and buy the small size. Amanda bought a scarf I think...

Walked through Charles & Keith, Aldo, Nine West etc. for Amanda's shoes and she almost wanted to buy a bag from Miss Selfridges. Had a Starbucks rest where I wasted $2.25 on a Choc Frap because I was full. Vic has no idea what an Espresso is and rarely goes to Starbucks to understand which drinks are cold and hot:) Went to the Topshop and Mango at Isetan where Amanda bought a pretty purple bag and Vic bought tights at Topshop. Went back to Aldo I think, to buy Amanda's electric purple shoes that complimented her purple bag:) Walked to Ion because we wanted to eat Ramen(and there's this new cafe that sells macaroons :)) which was practically next door and guess who we saw??? Our very own "wonderful example" of a principal, Mrs Loh!!! and Ms Lin (the young one with the braces) wearing a very tight, very low cut, very short, white dress. HAHA!

Didn't bother to go eat Ramen so we decided to take the Underpass to CK Tang and grab a free shuttle bus to Great World. Since it was downstairs, I decided to sidetrack to the massive Topshop which has WAY more stuff than the one in Wisma and Amanda got pretty pissed cos we could have shopped there:)

Okay, went to Great World, bought Sour Cream & Onion pretzel (which Vic has NEVER eaten before because she is deprived of everything good in the world), nachos with cheese, coke, hotdog,tickets etc. and watched Julie & Julia!! Yay! I found it really good, but Vic thought it was kind of boring and vague.. But I think it was because I read the book and understood what Nora Ephron(a genius) was trying to convey and anyway, its hard to have a connection between Julie Powell and Julia Child when their so different in real life and the only thing that's bonding them is their love for food and cooking. I found that Nora did a good effort of trying to link them together and the food and cooking made up for all the other "vagueness" anyway :)

Then Vic left and Amanda and I walked around until we bought yogurt from WhyYogurt downstairs that wasn't too bad except it was $4.20 but the portions were worth it I guess...

Amanda's mom sent me back and 15 minutes later, Vic and I had to go for dinner with Xiao Yi and Yi Yi at Prive Bakery Cafe where I ate 3 mini wagyu beef burgers with caramelized onions, truffled mushrooms and cheese respectively and an apple crumble that wasn't warmed enough. Oh yeah, and i wanted to try Vic's Vanilla Chocolate Twist but at then he bit it and I tried to grab it but it fell on the floor :( I feel like such a failure now :( Now i'm here though, writing my thoughts and days and....shit....

11th Dec: In New York. Arrived in the evening from the 17 hour flight on Singapore Airlines. Mic watched Angus, Thongs and Full-Frontal Snogging (even after my protests and slicing-off-head motion on the movie) for 10 minutes and just stopped. She later said that it was the most desperate movie she had ever seen in her entire life. Anyway, we saw The Palace hotel, you know the one in Gossip Girl? Except this time they have a huge Christmas tree. Took pictures. To star in GG is like the best advertisement you can possibly get for a hotel you know... Anyway, we ate at a steakhouse for dinner after we checked in at a hotel. Too full from the potato leek soup that I hardly ate my pork chops. Hopefully, it will not go to waste because I feel really bad. Maybe, they will throw it in the garbage and some starving cats or dogs will be able to bless my bloated-with-soup-stomach. Saw the Juiciest store I had ever seen just on 650 Fifth Avenue. Heard of it? It just so happens to be home of the biggest and newest Juicy Couture Flagship Store in the entire world! Didn't enter cause we were all tired.

Oh yeah, I watched Angus, Thongs and Full-Frontal Snogging. DO NOT WATCH IT. It sucks a lot. Unless you just wanna see the guys cos they're really hot. End of story. I bought 8 shirts from the same shop. The ones were I buy those food brands. Two for my cousins, two for my tuition teacher and four for me. We'll be going to America on Thursday. So don't expect me to post much.

Still in Hong Kong. Vic and I went to H&M. Bought a hot pink sweater to match my hot pink beanie, pink wool beret for Amanda cos she wanted my hot pink beanie. Trust me, it still cost more than my beanie. Sparkly blue tank and bare-back top for my cousin's Christmas present. Mom bought a black necklace. Vic bought a beanie and some other stuff. I went to Cotton On who luckily sold shorts, so I bought a red pair for our Christmas family rendezvous in Phuket. I am so dreading this Christmas cos we just had the same thing 2 years ago and it was crap. Except now we have a _ _ _ _. But my family of 5 is coming in late so we have to stay at the villa, which is an hour away from all the other cool families. We are so going to be MIA. Not that I care. I wouldnt be having fun anyway.

28th Nov:Bought "For Nice Girls Who Like Stuff" Eau de Traveler with the Cupcake charm as an early Christmas present from my mom in the airport.

In Shanghai.

29th Nov:Bought Gossip Girl Season 2, Waitress and A Good Year DVD.

Spent the rest of the day watching 2 and a half Gossip Girl CDs.

Watched some Chinese opera that I only could understand cause I read the English pamphlet after dinner.

30th Nov:Finished watching Gossip Girl and Waitress.

1st Dec:In Hong Kong. I'm sure most of you have heard about the sad news of the closing down of Krispy Kreme. Of course, being a devoted buyer, I wore my Krispy Kreme T-shirt and hat. Stood at the invisible beloved donut shop looking angry. Vic took a picture for me. But it's really bad cause he took it at the back and you cant see the shirt and my pissed off face.

Attempt to eat Antibiotic pills to help my hurting jaw.

Mostly failed.

Watched Little Britain and Simpsons on Vic's laptop.

2nd Dec:Lunch at the Hong Kong Jockey Club.

They renovated.

Causeway Bay-->Bauhaus. Vic and mom bought a few stuff. I bought a hat.-->Izzue(www.izzue.com) Vic bought something but I cant remember cause I was busy playing Parking Lot on my mom's iPhone-->Supermarket. I bought a Coke Light Lemon.-->Mannings. To buy QV Cream and cough syrup for me but the pharmacist wasnt there until 5.-->Some jewelry shop. I bought a rose ring and a necklace.-->Mannings. Bought aforementioned objects.-->Home-->Hair Salon. Vic and I washed and cut our hair.-->Home-->Die Jiu restaurant for dinner-->Home-->Shower-->Some more Little Britain-->Sleep.

3rd Dec: Woke up at 9.30am.

Stayed in bed until 1.45pm.

Ate breakfast/small lunch.

Clearwater Bay Club with my aunt and Vic.

Aunt is playing tennis.

Vic is in the gym.

Ha! Spotted:An old american couple outside a Sex Shop(in that stripper club place near Palais Renaissance or P.S. Cafe) and "admiring" their goods.And you thought they were just pathetically and reluctantly old. Here's a few questions you should find the answers to. It'll be easier to infer from this rare sighting:
1. What are they doing there?
2. Will they buy anything?
3. If they will, what are they going to buy?
4. Are they doing the 364 952nd thing to do before they die?(experimenting new methods of doing it by buying sex equipment?)
5. Perhaps they're just tourists who are lost...

Nothing much happened to me since I last posted. I had Chinese tuition on Monday. Flute and CCA on Tuesday. And today, i'm having Chinese tuition again, piano and tennis.Ugh. Tomorrow I have piano(different teacher) and then I have to go to school to collect my school books. Oh yeah, I watched Beverly Hills Chihuahua with Yan, Kym and Sarah on Friday. Vic had church friends over so they played with the Xbox the whole time. Yan and I went to Jazzcats while Kym managed to find a bus to go home. (Sarah left already) I was walking home with my mom when my brother, his friend, cousin and his friend were walking to Video Ezy to return a DVD and rent a new one. Came home, showered and went out with my mom, sister and aunt to some Italian restaurant. Came back home and found my brother, his friends, cousin and his friend watching a really freaky scary movie. My sister and I chickened out. They finished the movie and my sister showed my cousin and his friend her prom pictures. Just when she was describing abnormal female parts, my brother's friend appeared. I quote from my sister "Why do you always suddenly appear?" Oh, and he likes stuffed animals too! I'm not actually surprised judging by his pink apparel. On Saturday after CCA, Kym and I watched Winx Club:The Secret of the Lost Kingdom. Chloe couldn't come so she owes me $11.20. Kym owes me $20. Nikki owes me $10. Cheryl still owes me $5. I will stalk all of you until you give me the money.

Yes! It rained today! Just when I was having tennis! No offense to those tennis and sun lovers. Oh, and if you haven't been to my house recently, my old refrigerator has been exposed of and there's a massively huge one that is now jutting out into the middle of the kitchen because it cant fit into the space between our cupboards(or eating-on-impulse-hoard) But the new one is cool. Anyway, we might be hacking the cupboards so there's space for the fridge. By the way, i'm leaving to Shanghai for the holidays, then Hong Kong, probably then USA and finally Christmas in Phuket where we are staying in a villa, an hour away from all our cousins. I have gossip I stole from MSN:
Eleven-time Grammy winner Alicia Keys, who's in contention for five American Music Awards including Artist of the Year, will join Kanye West to perform live in Hollywood during the gala show next month.

Meanwhile, she's pursuing her other career on the big screen, co-starring in "The Secret Life of Bees".

Q: You were determined to do the film even though it conflicted with the tour for your album 'As I Am'. How did you get it all together?

A: It wasn't easy, but I did both because the movie was really important to me. I was traveling back and forth from live performances to the film set on a lot of overnight flights. Finally, my body just broke down. I got very sick and I had to end up cancelling some shows, only a couple so it wasn't the end of the world. But it was worth it.

You're a piano virtuoso, but you had to learn a new instrument, didn't you?

Yes, my character plays the cello. So while some of the other actresses were risking getting stung by bees, I was getting calluses on my fingers. The cello was a different experience that was beautiful and challenging. I love it now. I'm still studying, so I'm definitely not ready for a duet with Yo Yo Ma yet. Maybe I'll put it in my next album.

In the film, your character is being courted, but she can't bring herself to take a walk down the aisle.

You can see how much she loves the man that she's with, but fear stops her. She was playing super hard-to-get, which works every time, it drives men crazy, not that I've ever done it.

Are you ready for marriage?

There's almost a stigma to it at this point in a lot of ways, to me. A lot of people have been saying to me, 'Oh don't get married, it ruins everything.' And I'm like, 'Damn, really?' But I definitely want to have a family.

Did you get a kick out of recording the soundtrack song "Another Way To Die" for the new James Bond film?

I saw the film, it's really good. "Quantum of Solace" is a dope title, but I still have no idea what it means. It's a duet with Jack White, which was fun. I've always been a big fan of the White Stripes, and for us to combine this kind of rock and soul feeling was cool. Jack actually really took the lead on it because he's a big, big Bond fan.

4th Thing

OMG! Winx Club Movie is in theaters! I totally didnt know that cause I thought they just air it in Europe and USA. But no! It's finally here! Yay! This is even more exciting than High School Musical 3 to me because:
1. High School Musical 3 was supposed to be on tv not on the big screen. I mean, they're just getting it for more money. Isn't it obvious? Which is why I dont support it.
2. I've crazily been a fan of Winx Club since it began like, I dont know, 5 years ago?
So please dont judge me cause I get excited to watch 6 year old magical fantasies created by Italianos. I never grow out of this stuff. Even _ _ _ _ _ _ movies. The dolls, yes, because who wants to keep on changing clothes on a skinny frame created by America's materialistic yet million dollar earning company?

Although I must give credit to the idea. It's ingenious to turn towards the younger side of the audience. Because as soon as they see something they like, they whine and throw tantrums until they get it, fully paid by they're ever stupid, ever gullible parents. Ditto to youths too. Spoiled ones anyway. Understatement for High School Musical fans, Hannah Montana, The Clique, Winx Club, Barbie, and especially the Jonas Brothers (but they have older fans than the others. I mean, who wouldn't want a hot boy band to obsess about? Exception of me, of course and some other clever equal)) etc.etc.

Three Things

I have three things to tell you.
First: I have just found that the word "meh" is confirmed a word and made it into a dictionary! Congratulations to the creators and pioneers of the "meh". For those of you losers who have no idea what i'm talking about, here's the meaning;
Meh: Indifference; to be used when one simply does not care
Second: I'm finally back from my first ever CCA camp. It was a really tiring experience and I was only able to sleep for 6 hours. (For those high-caffeinated, 24/7 hyperactive, or just hate sleep cos you think you're wasting time, I discipline myself to sleep at least 8 hours every night so please understand)
Third: The Clique Movie DVD is ooooooooouuuuuuuuutttttttt!!!! I hope Yan bought it already. I was at camp.

I finally picked a date for my birthday party!!yay. It's on Saturday. In the early afternoon. Not sure about lunch. I think we're eating the pizzas we're making. You can come earlier because I DONT HAVE CCA!!! although we're having a 5 hour session on tuesday and 4 1/2 hour session on thursday. extra time to do _ _ _ _ _ _ for SYF(Singapore Youth Festival for those of you unfamiliar and ignorant to this world) I'll most likely have to do the _ _ _ _ _ _ cos a bad cough is no excuse. and they're gonna film it during my CCA camp and give it to the judges cos it's 10 percent of our score. I hope we get Gold this time. By the way, Kym and Nikki, try to come on time. Or you'll miss the pizza!

Not Telling

Yeah, i'm not telling what happened in Quantum of Solace because you should watch it. Just saying that it was really short and the ending was not really satisfactory. The End. Nothing happened yesterday. Just lazed around until i had band for 4 and a half hours. Then I forgot to collect my school books so I had to do it today. The service is really crap. I waited there for about 40 minutes before I got the books. But OH NOOOOO they had to run out of stock for 1/4 of my PRE-order so I have to go back again next week. !@#$%^&* Anyway, I have flute soon and maybe after lunch, me and Yan are going to buy a small present for Amanda (if we can find it). By the way, my parents are out of town so if anyone wants to do something at my house when i'm free, please call for reservations.

Here's something i found in the yahoo news. i think that it's very important to know that most of the world wants Obama as president (except the Israelis. they want McCain but there's more later) Conclusion: if Obama wins, the whole world will be happy. and celebrations! that's also another reason why we should have a party. the other is either post-halloween or pre-christmas. BERLIN - A world weary of eight years of George W. Bush(FINALYLY) was riveted Tuesday by the drama unfolding in the United States. Many were inspired by Barack Obama's focus on hope, or simply relieved that whoever wins, the current administration is coming to an end.

From Berlin's Brandenburg Gate to the small town of Obama, Japan, the world gears up to celebrate a fresh start for America.

In Germany, where more than 200,000 flocked to see Obama this summer as he moved to burnish his foreign policy credentials during a trip to the Middle East and Europe, the election dominated television ticker crawls, newspaper headlines and Web sites.

Hundreds of thousands prepared to party through the night to watch the outcome of an election having an impact far beyond America's shores. Among the more irreverent festivities planned in Paris: a "Goodbye George" party to bid farewell to Bush. (that's what i call a really happy party full of relief)

"Like many French people, I would like Obama to win because it would really be a sign of change," said Vanessa Doubine, shopping Tuesday on the Champs-Elysees. "I deeply hope for America's image that it will be Obama."

Obama-mania was evident not only across Europe, where millions geared up for all-night vigils, but even in much of the Islamic world, where Muslims expressed hope that the Democrat would seek compromise rather than confrontation.

The Bush administration alienated Muslims by mistreating prisoners at its detention center for terrorism suspects at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, and inmates at Iraq's Abu Ghraib prison. Human rights violations also condemned worldwide.

"I hope Obama wins (because) of the need of the world to see the U.S. represent a more cosmopolitan or universal political attitude," said Rais Yatim, the foreign minister of mostly Muslim Malaysia.

"The new president will have an impact on the economic and political situation in my country," said Muhammad al-Thaheri, 48, a civil servant in Saudi Arabia. Like so many around the world, he was rooting for Obama "because he will change the path the U.S. is on under Bush."

Nizar al-Kortas, a columnist for Kuwait's Al-Anbaa newspaper, saw an Obama victory as "a historic step to change the image of the arrogant American administration(SO TRUE) to one that is more acceptable in the world."

Yet John McCain was backed by some in countries such as Israel, where he is perceived as tougher on Iran.

Israeli leaders, who consider the U.S. their closest and most important ally, have not openly declared a preference. But privately, they have expressed concern about Obama, who has alarmed some by saying he would be ready to hold a dialogue with Tehran.

Bank employee Leah Nizri, 53, said Obama represented potentially frightening change and voiced concern about his Muslim ancestry.

"I think he'll be pleasant to Israel, but he will make changes," she said. "He's too young. I think that especially in a situation of a world recession, where things are so unclear in the world, McCain would be better than Obama."

Even in Europe, McCain got some grudging respect: Germany's mass-circulation daily Bild lionized the Republican as "the War Hero" and running mate Sarah Palin as "the Beautiful Unknown."

In Berlin, Republicans Abroad organized a "November Surprise Election Party" to watch live "how the Republican ticket McCain/Palin comes from behind and leaves the 'liberal elite media' in Europe and the United States puzzled."

British Prime Minister Gordon Brown clung to convention by refusing to say which candidate he wants to see win. Regardless of the outcome, he told Al-Arabiya television while on a tour of the Gulf, "history has been made in this campaign."

In Baghdad, a jaded Mohammed al-Tamimi said he didn't think U.S. policy on Iraq would change. Even so, "we hope that the new American president will open a new page with our country."

Kenyans made their allegiance clear: Scores packed churches on Tuesday to pray for Obama, whose late father was born in the East African nation, and hailed the candidate _ himself born in Hawaii _ as a "son of the soil."

"Tonight we are not going to sleep," said Valentine Wambi, 23, a student at the University of Nairobi. "It will be celebrations throughout."

Kenyans believe an Obama victory would not change their lives much but that hasn't stopped them from splashing his picture on minibuses and selling T-shirts with his name and likeness. Kenyans were planning to gather around radios and TV sets starting Tuesday night as the results come in.

"We will feast if Obama wins," said Robert Rutaro, a university president in neighboring Uganda. "We will celebrate by marching on the streets of Kampala and hold a big party later on."

In the sleepy Japanese coastal town of Obama, which translates as "little beach", images of him adorned banners along a main shopping street, and preparations for an election day victory party were in full swing.

Election fever also ran high in Vietnam, where McCain was held as a prisoner of war for more than five years after being shot down in Hanoi during a 1967 bombing run.

"He's patriotic," said Le Lan Anh, a Vietnamese novelist and real estate tycoon. "As a soldier, he came here to destroy my country, but I admire his dignity.

This Is For The Movies

As all of you know, or SHOULD know, Quantum of Solace is coming to Singapore cinemas tomorrow. And yes, i'm watching it! Unless I have to go to tennis. But this time, i want to play tennis with Uncle Joe. Because:
1) I haven't been having lessons with him for about a month or so and he's not making so much money to support his family.
2) I'll most likely have to go for tennis lessons with Coach Matthew which is not exactly fun. Unless God blesses me again and allows rain to fall upon this unholy ground.
Anyway, just in case you're not so update-y. Here's an insight of 007's new movie Quantum of Solace; Betrayed by Vesper(Eva Green, seen in the first Daniel Craig as James Bond movie) the woman he loved, 007 fights the urge to make his latest mission personal. Pursuing his determination to uncover the truth, Bond and M (Judi Dench) interrogate Mr White (Jesper Christensen) who reveals the organisation which blackmailed Vesper is far more complex and dangerous than anyone had imagined.

Forensic intelligence links an Mi6 traitor to a bank account in Haiti where a case of mistaken identity introduces Bond to the beautiful but feisty Camille (Olga Kurylenko), a woman who has her own vendetta. Camille leads Bond straight to Dominic Greene (Mathieu Amalric), a ruthless business man and major force within the mysterious organisation.

On a mission that leads him to Austria, Italy and South America, Bond discovers that Greene, conspiring to take total control of one of the world's most important natural resources, is forging a deal with the exiled General Medrano (Joaquin Cosio). ELECTION OF THE DECADE :Americans dumber than we thought?

That's right, almost the entire world knows of the upcoming election between U.S.A. President nominees, John McCain and Barack Obama.

Despite Hilary's sudden "surrender" of almost being the FIRST Woman President of the United States, all the more votes for Mr. Obama. I think most of the world is rooting for Obama, but what about Americans? Do they think there will be much of a difference? As in a positive way? Well, if they DONT vote for him, at least the rest of the world knows that Americans are dumber than we thought. Here's something I found in Wikipedia...

Obama met his wife, Michelle Robinson, in June 1989 when he was employed as a summer associate at the Chicago law firm of Sidley Austin. They began dating later, became engaged in 1991, and were married on October 3, 1992. The couple's first daughter, Malia Ann, was born in 1998, followed by a second daughter, Natasha ("Sasha"), in 2001.

Obama plays basketball, a sport he participated in as a member of his high school's varsity team. Before announcing his presidential candidacy, he began a well-publicized effort to quit smoking.

Obama is a Christian whose religious views have evolved in his adult life. In The Audacity of Hope, Obama writes that he "was not raised in a religious household." My Grandfather's Birthday

My absence from CCA (not telling which one) over this past few practices is due to both my illness and my grandfather's "grand" birthday. It was at this occasion that I was deliberately forced to wear a hideous shade of slime green as a qi pao (a traditional one-piece Chinese dress for women.) Shown here. As in the qi pao if you dont know what it is. ------------------------------------------------->>

My sister and cousin were also forced to prepare a speech and to read it during the dinner (also involving durian for dessert after the cake). I suspect the adults didnt want to do it themselves. I mean, if you had intellectual children and you really dont want to make a speech and read it aloud towards hundreds of people for the sake of your father, what else would you do but give them the honour? I know...sneaky right? i guess it runs in the family.... Anyway, the speech was kind of a hit(although there were also music performances by our three cousins, 3 singers, a Beijing opera mask-face-changer, and a singer/performer who sang hits like Dancing Queen and Rihanna's Umbrella. Although the fireworks started outside in the middle of Umbrella so everyone just left. And I quote from my cousin when she sang that. "Oh yeah, this is SO Ye Ye's (my grandfather) type of music")Oh and my brother also volunteered to add his own words too. So they made the speech while my other cousin videotaped it(but the camera ran out of memory space at the end) Here's the speech they wrote and read cos I just so happened to be typing it out for my mom's other purposes.

Good evening and a very warm welcome to everyone present here, As we come from near and far, to celebrate this momentous occasion of my grandpa’s 70th Birthday. Many of you, who are close to him, will surely know that he is a man of few words. You would also know that actions speak far louder than words, which is why he has always chosen to lead by example, and this is a virtue I think we all can appreciate. He has always displayed an activeness and outgoing outlook in life, that has many a time, belied his age. However, his love for nature can only be eclipsed by the love he has shown towards his family and friends.

I remember many a trip to the farm which was always a family affair; and we would walk amongst the fruit trees and go fishing. Apparently getting attacked by thousands of mosquitoes was meant to build character. Yes, I had learnt a lot, standing beside grandpa and patiently fishing. My line would never get a bite, yet his always would. He would then pass me the rod with the struggling fish, and I would then have to work extremely hard just to pull it up. Remember this ladies and gentlemen, there is no such thing as a free lunch.

Brother:
Recalling trips to the oil plantation always brings back fond memories. It is there, with my grandpa where I have learnt the treasure skills of hunting with a shotgun. I remember the first few times when he held up the shotgun for me, teaching me how to hit a target. Every time, when we went out on our little expedition to hunt for wild chicken, he always seemed to insist that I take the shot first. Being afraid of missing, I always took too long to pull the trigger, and before I knew it, the chicken was gone. He always just said to try again when we had another opportunity. Almost every time, I’ve wondered why he still allowed me to shoot, considering how bad I was.

It was only recently that I have discovered he showed me hunting not only because of the “fun” part, but also because of how through it, he could teach me responsibility, patience, determination and a love for nature. It is this patient, nature-loving, warm and caring man that taught me so many things I would have never been able to learn in normal school and city life. Leading by example, he showed me patience and care in everything he did, never faltering in his love for his grandchildren.

Sister:
My grandpa is a goal setter; he always wants what’s best. Especially for the family, he always makes sure we get the best in life. Nothing would pass but the freshest fish in Miri, personally cooked by him in the best possible way. Who can forget a Hoi Dai Kai or blotched Snapper, freshly lifted from the fish farm, cleaned, steamed and deemed delicious with fried garlic. All to the thanks of our dear grandpa. It is no wonder why Ye Ye does not show his love just by mere talk but through sincere actions.

As a man who sees family as his first priority, Ye Ye has instilled in all of us a strong sense of love in our closely knit family. Every year, Ye Ye has made it a tradition for all members of the Yaw family to gather twice; once for Chinese New Year and one more time for Christmas. This regular celebration of family, whether it is here in Miri or thousands of miles across the ocean, has built the bonds between us all. It has taught us to appreciate one another, to know how blessed we are and understand that your family will always be here to support you.

Although he has been retired for quite some time, he keeps himself busy nurturing his children and grandchildren, only happy when we are.

Cousin: On behalf of all the grandchildren, we would like to wish our Ye Ye a most happy birthday on this most joyous occasion.

And to all, please enjoy the festivities, as we come together to celebrate a man whom we hold in the most highest regard, and whom we are extremely blessed to call, our Ye Ye.

Oh yeah, most of them are lies. The incident parts anyway. But his love for fishing and hunting wild chicken(sometimes boars. i can post the pictures too. for proof of this mad behaviour. grr.) never fails to be passed on to his beloved 8 grandsons; 4 others are girls(that's where i come in) and 4 others are younger than 7 years.
Plus, my sister and I totally got mauled by mosquitoes. I have at least 30 on one leg. ONE LEG. i lost count on the other one. Tipper is officially my comeback idol or great-idea-that-always-involves-some-pain-to-people-who-are-mean idol.

Anyway, i have a fever and an ear infection due to a blocked nose and wax in my ear. Dont ask how i got the wax. The infection gave me a weird headache. For example, when it's on my right ear, the whole right side of my face hurts. my head, right side of my right eye, my jaw and my neck. Vice versa. Luckily, the fever has subsided and i managed to hobble with my mom to great world city and read at least a hundred pages in Boy Meets Girl by Meg Cabot. (Another book in my book wishlist. Please do not forget that birthday-present-owers)

P.S. another post coming about other people's presents i still need to buy. start planning a party cos i cant give one unless there's a party!

Fancy That! You've just visited the fanciest of all blogspots. (Unless you've visited gossip girl, then i really cant beat that) Anyway, this is just the current events of my 13 years, 1 month and 15 days of my lifetime so far. i've been counting... I was really planning on starting next year but i just got really bored so...This Is It. Welcome, Bienvenido (*winks* to me. cos it's spanish) and Bienvenue (*winks* to kym. cos it's french. i think). I'll try to post as much as possible but now, i'm too bothered to do it cause:
1) i have to burn songs into a CD for her stupid Secondary 4 Prom Performance
2) i'm watching What Happens In Vegas on my aunt's laptop because our DESKTOP's sound card(not a sound cut because my brother A.K.A. Vic confirmed it by giving me the look of you're-really-stupider-than-i-thought) is broken and there are no speakers on this desk due to:
1) the amount of crap surrounding this computer, keyboard, mouse, mousepad, light, printer, bowl of grapes(will be absent in the future but present in my stomach), aunt's laptop and DVDs that Vic was going to rip so that this desktop will not blow up due to my countless movie downloads. (not telling from where!)
There's still more to come in my future postings. I mean, i'm just complaining here. Wait till you read about my grandfather's uber grand birthday party.
